Terms of Use

Welcome to my shop, I hope you enjoy browsing the range of designs I create and make. Each piece is designed and hand made by me and everything is created in my studio. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please email me within 10 days of receiving the item.

Returns

If you decide you would like to return it, I will issue a store credit or refund for the amount of item minus card processing fees once the item has been returned.

Shipping for refunds, exchanges or repairs will be at the cost of the customer.

I cannot offer any refunds or replacement of lost items that are marked “Delivered” by the postal tracking system.

I cannot offer refunds for international buyers who refuse packages due to custom fees or any other reason.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and in original un-damaged packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations

I cannot accept cancellations on custom or personalized/bespoke orders, pre-orders or commissions.

But please do contact me if you have any problems or changes to make to your order.

Orders for items in stock may be cancelled before shipping. If the order is cancelled after shipping has taken place, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping and the refund will be minus original shipping cost and credit card fees.

Repairs

I will repair or replace broken items up to 15 days from the date the jewelry arrived except in the case of damage caused by misuse or failure to take care as described in care instructions that are supplied with your piece.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods

Paypal, Credit cards via stripe

I accept all major credit cards through Stripe and PayPal. All payments must be made and approved before the order is shipped. If you pay by Paypal please allow 3-7 business days for the check to clear before shipping.

DELIVERY

I try my best to ship orders within 1-3 days of purchase. Custom orders will require more time, which will be stated at the time of the order request.

**International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages.**

Gift Wrapping

All my jewellery is mailed in a lovely git box or ring box, perfect for gift giving.

If you require a special message or a gift card please message me via the checkout message box, or email me within 24 hours of payment.
